In just a couple of years, the PG’s Club has become one of the most famous and loved restaurants in Venice – and it really does deserve its place on the list of the top gourmet restaurants available there. The chef is originally from Puglia. Luigi Frascella also spent time working in London and also at a Japanese restaurant ‘Zuma’. Since then, he has approached Venice with a brand new take on cuisine.
All ingredients within the venue are bought every day at the market, and customers can see their food being cooked in the open kitchen.
There’s also a bar available for those who just want drinks, but the tables are comfortable and large. The food on offer is impressively diverse, too. You’ll find some great cuttlefish dishes, as well as fresh vegetables and a range of meat dishes. You can enjoy a four course meal with some great culinary twists for around 330 Euros. It’s not cheap but it’s certainly worth the money.
